wow, who knew life gets so crazy with 2 kids, preschool, soccer practices, bed times, lunch dates, a house to clean, dishes to do, laundry left unfolded, or unclean, beds unmade, dinner NEVER made, husbands ignored, play dates cancelled, workouts postponed, showers postponed, and a show to get ready for? yeah, welcome to my life. Atleast i can say this is my last show for a while... till december at least. Can't wait to actually have a clean organized home again.... VIVA HANDMADE

Next weekend, on the 24th, i'll be at the Sweet William Market in Stapelton with my good friend Jentry of Yaarnsavvy
I'M BACK!! wow, talk about a looonnnggg trip that was. good to see California again though. but daunting coming home to a super messy craft room and a show less than 2 weeks away. yikes. but luckily i have some inventory made up so i don't feel like i have to completely loose my mind again. however, i do have some new things coming to the show that i'm pretty excited about that i've found over the last few months. i will be posting images soon but if you get a chance come and see me on Aug 6th! it's going to be a great show, i can feel it in my crafty bones. okay, their more likely just brittle bones but still, you get the point.
i'll be there the night of the opening so come if you can!! love to see ya! find the link here

I'm also working on making an owl one, should be on etsy soon. If you are interested you can find them for sale here on ETSY

a few things i had on display, i ended up making a ton of dishtowels. so now they are going to go up on ETSY :) and i'm saving them for the next show, which is Aug. 6th so save the date people! I'm also hoping to get into the Firefly this July, so stay posted .
This was a happy me after the show, with my mom and hubby :) you probably wouldn't be able to tell but i was about to pass out. I think i got about 4.5 hours of sleep the night before, and averaged about 6 a night from the previous 2 weeks. good thing the bags under my eyes don't show much when i smile :)

so my sweet sister called me the other day and asked me to make a rabbit like i made the fox. so here's the result. i'll have the whole tutorial on her blog soon. i apologize though, i'm really not the best at doing this kinda stuff, so just bare through it and try not to laugh hysterically at the photo quality, cause i know i would. but that's just me. hopefully you're all nicer than that. hopefully.

looking for a little vintage holiday flair? well, i know i was. I found this really old book at the thrift store that i have a love/hate relationship with. but that's another story. but yeah, this book is awesome!! perfect size pictures for this kinda stuff. you can find them here on etsy
something i never thought i would find the time to do, but saw these socks and fell in love. they weren't meant to be socks, so i changed em to what they were meant to be. hello leg warmers! oh.. or arm warmers... liking it.... doesn't every little girl deserve a pair?
